Vehicle Description
I can only describe this car as one of the best Triumph Stags we have had in. Built in 1973 and registered on 01.01.1974. In the eye-catching colour of Mimosa Yellow with Black trim with an Automatic gearbox. It has had only 4 previous owners and comes with a comprehensive history file which includes original bill of sale and original handbooks. The car has covered a genuine 43k miles. There are MOT’s dating back to 1978 with further MOT paperwork that includes its current MOT.
The car has been garaged all its life and from new it was Ziebarted, this is turn protected the shell from corrosion. Speaking with a previous owner who had the car for nearly 20 years mentioned how original the shell is. No welding was needed when the car was repainted. It was refreshed due to marks in the paint from general use. When the original paintwork was removed there was no sign of any other paintwork which is outstanding considering its age. The engine has been overhauled with a new timing chain fitted 2 years ago which was also during the time of this gentleman’s ownership.
